Palo Santo (Holy Wood) Sticks: Pack Of 6

Palo Santo is traditionally used as a natural remedy for colds and flu, as well as symptoms of stress. It is also known to relieve asthma, headaches, anxiety, depression, and reduce inflammation. Similar to Sage and Cedar, Palo Santo is most widely used for spiritual purification and energy (house) cleansings. Once the wood sticks are burned, the smoke is believed to clear negative energy and restore tranquility and calm emotions.

Note: When burning sage or palo santa you should always do with intention, reverence, and deep gratitude to those who did it before us. 

Hold the bundle at a  bundle at a 45 degree angle and light with a match. Let it burn for a few seconds and then gently blow it out. It's a real good idea to have a door or window open while smudging. The negative energy has to have someplace to go! If there isn't a door or window open the negativity isn't going to leave. Then place smoking stick on fire safe surface - metal or clay bowl, shell, crystal agate dish.
