Black Sage Sticks

Hold the bundle at a  bundle at a 45 degree angle and light with a match. Let it burn for a few seconds and then gently blow it out. It's a real good idea to have a door or window open while smudging. The negative energy has to have someplace to go! If there isn't a door or window open the negativity isn't going to leave. Then place smoking stick on fire safe surface - metal or clay bowl, shell, crystal agate dish.
